Dr Geoff and Melissa just left my place and my horses and I couldn't be any happier. I do not care for the old fashioned way of floating with huge devices and tying my poor horses head up high. I appreciated the way these guys use horsemanship to deal with my animals versus tranquilizer. I LOVE that they get the job done brilliantly while making it look almost easy. I love that they carefully do it all by hand without electric contraptions. Dentistry w/o Drama is a very fitting title for their business and way of practicing. If you try them you will never go back to the old fashioned stuff. Dr Geoff showed patience and perseverance with my TB who can be trying and Melissa was fabulous with my mare who happens to be a mule. We're all smiles and admiration for Dentistry w/o Drama.

Sorry it has taken me a few days to get back to you, but gosh you were so right! After Altair had that hook taken off his left side, he is so much softer and not nearly so resistant on the left reign. I am now able to get him to travel much straighter in his body. It is quite surprising when you think of how one tooth can effect a horses movement so much and ultimately could have been a cause of lameness if left untreated. Thank you once again,

Geoff is a breath of fresh air! Since I had watched his videos I knew what to expect and it was the same with my horses. Even when my big one said "no" a few times Geoff handled it so well. Melissa looks to be just as good! I am jumping up and down with joy that my horses were not drugged or mis-handled. I feel better about future floatings and will even schedule then every 6 months now (I hated having them drugged 2 times a year). Geoff is a humble person which puts him high on my list and nice too, he kindly listened to my ramblings and engaged in conversation with no ego :-) Here's to many more years of appropriate equine dental care! Thank you so much. Sincerely,
Jill Torres

Can't believe the difference. Fantastic. Thank you. Can see the difference in Chattys tongue movement. She is much happier--me too. She did not drop one piece of her grain and she is eating her hay better--not as slowly. She is also gaining weight in just the sort time since her float.

I have been a client of Dr. Tucker's for 8 years. His vast experience, horsemanship skills and excellent judgement set him apart and make it easy for me to trust that I am putting my horse in the best hands.

I cannot stress how happy I am that Geoff and Melissa worked on my horses, especially my 32 year old QH who has a "dentist phobia." Both Melissa and Geoff were so professional, yet extremely kind to my old man. Even though my horse was difficult, they both stayed calm and focused and got the job done. And for the first time in a long time my horse was happy and not drugged out of his mind, when the procedure was finished. Hats off to you Geoff and Melissa. You are the best!

Thank you!! Brandon did an excellent job on Rajah, and it was a pleasure talking to Melissa. He is very steady in the bridle now, and seems quite happy. Hope your recovery is going well!

Thanks for another great job on my boys! You've been doing Bobbie since 2006 and Tobias since 2007 and I'm totally grateful that I have never had to see either of them drugged, speculum-ated (Ha!) or hung from the rafters. Thanks also for helping all my friends out (both human and equine) with their "toofers" too! W...e all believe in what you are doing to make our horse's lives better! Also, thanks for putting up with all our smart remarks, wise cracks and jokes about you being a "dock"......you knew I'd have to say it somewhere! Cheers to my vet and my friend!

Happy to tell you that your dental magic cured Zorro! We can't thank you enough for your assistance and quick response. Zorro's odd behavior was of great concern to us. We felt bad disturbing your weekend, but we were worried that something serious might be going on and Zorro's water obession was strange. The vet missed the dental issues when she came out, but we're glad we were smart enough to call the tooth specialist! It took until Thursday but he's back to the old Zorro. Thanks again for the weekend calls and your quick response. Zorro wants to know when you're coming back as he liked the kiss on the nose.

Hey there Dr Tucker! Wanted to say how nice it was to meet Brandon when he came out to float our horse Mystic's teeth at Judy Arenz's barn. I understand you and Melissa were there last week and I missed coming out to say hello! Wanted to let you know how happy we were with Brandon ( a super nice guy and great with o...ur arab) He said our guy was the "gold star" in arabs and I would have to say that you and your team are the "gold stars" in equine dentistry! Thanks for everything and Happy Thanksgiving!

Geoff, many thanks to you and especially Brandon (nice guy!) for doing such a great job on our horses! It's so nice to have their dental work taken care of without causing them additional discomfort, stress and the effects of sedation. I loved that Dubai went right back to eating her hay (calm & comfortable as could be) before Brandon could even exit her stall! We had some apprehension about having Candy done, as she's anything but docile. But to our surprise, Brandon made quick friends with the big mare and even had her leaning into him as he filed! I was afraid Brandon would charge us extra for all the enjoyment she seemed to be getting from the procedure! You have forever fans at Five Oaks Stables, Merritt Island, FL!! =)

There have been many unruly horses and ponies make sane again by proper and sometimes agressive dental care. I have had a few. Finding the right dentist that will really do the complete job is critical. Good luck keep going we believe in what you are doing.

Dear Dr. Tucker,
Wow, you can't imagine how grateful I am to my friend Kim Davidson for referring me to you. After emailing you and explaining my two mares scenarios I figured you would bow out gracefully. But, you didn't!!! You are an amazing man. For anyone other than Dr. Tucker reading this let me enlighten you about "the girly girls". Number one is pregnant. My local vet who I love didn't want to do her teeth because he didn't want to administer drugs. Well, thanks to Team Tucker her teeth were done (WITHOUT DRUGS) and she thought she was having a spa day. Eyes have closed, etc. I sure you can get the picture. No problems, couldn't have gone smoother. On to the next. Number two, my 22 year old Thourougbred Snicklefritz (Fritzie) who only has one eye and is considered by many to be the " ULTIMATE BULLY" is a completely different story usually. We're talking about a horse that gets TWO doses of tranquilizers and still can manage to use her head as a weapon to knock you down and throw herself down on the ground. Well, when I emailed Dr. Tucker I explained to him what Fritzie was like. Can you believe the man even showed up!!! On top of showing up he attempted to do her WITHOUT drugs. And you know what, he was SUCCESSFUL. He did that mare without any kind of drug. And didn't even get knocked down. I told him in an email BEFORE he came, that if he could do this horse without drugs she would be the GREATEST testimonial he could get. He deserves more credit than you can imagine for this DRAMA FREE stuff because I witnessed it first hand today. Dr. Tucker, my hat is off to you!!! If there is anyone who might have any doubts please give them my number as I am in AWE at what you did for my girls. Thanks from me and the "girly girls" Especially Fritzie!!!!

Today, I met a most remarkable Equine Dentist! Dr. Tucker did a great job on my horse, Wisdom, a 21 year old Belgium. But, it was more than just working on my horse. He was caring, gentle, clearly knew what he was doing, all the while explaining to me each step. There was no need for sedation, which pleasantly surprised me and Wisdom seemed to trust him from the start. I will always recommend Dr. Tucker to anyone who needs his service. The other plus is that he has a great personality. This was my first experience with an Equine Dentist and it was a very good one! Great Job!

Thanks so much for the great job on our pony Toby's teeth today. You were so patient explaining every step of the job to Faythe. It was great to see him alert and happy for the rest of the day since he did not need to be sedated. See you again soon!

Dr. Tucker has been my horse's dentist for many, many years - so many I have lost count! I hear about the new power tools and vets that won't come out unless they can drug the horse, and I am so glad to have found Dr. Tucker. Most horses don't need all that stuff, and he proves it. My 25 year old gelding, Lionheart has been getting regular floatings and his teeth are doing great. I really appreciate the natural approach Dr. Tucker uses, and so does Lionheart. Great advice, knowledge and expertise and no drama, it couldn't be better. Thanks Dr. Tucker, we look forward to seeing you again next year!

August 5, 2009:
Recently, Dr. Tucker floated teeth on my 2 mares. Both can be high spirited from time to time. One's a quarab and the other a paint.
Dr. Tucker is the best I've ever seen, bar none. Used only hand tools, NO sedation & horses were well behaved. By the way, thunder was rolling around us the whole time. That is talent wi...th a capital T.
Dr. Tucker is a great horseman with the best of leadership skills. My mares were most comfortable and trusted his leadership. He managed them perfectly with tolerance, love and respect. He intuitively picked up on Flair needed little short rests now and again with a chance to lick and chew. Flair, nussled him afterwards. She had some bothersome teeth and once they were fixed, she was a happy girl. Both my girls hung out with us after he had completed their dental work. Looks like they'll be running to the gate to meet him next time he shows up to float teeth.
Thank you Dr. Tucker. You're the BEST!

I wouldn't have believed it if I wasn't there to see how well my horse Durango behaved with Dr. Tucker! This horse hates his mouth being handled so much he has to have daily wormers in his feed, and the bi yearly goes in wet feed.
Previous floatings have required sedatives, twitches and two people hanging on lead ropes while the Vet floated him. ALWAYS BIG DRAMA. And I felt terrible. Today( Monday Aug 3) Dr. Tucker came out on an urgent (first)visit, my 28 yo gelding had been off his feed, drooling and miserable. The vet who did an emergency call for me this past weekend said it was his teeth and recommended Dr. Tucker. THANK YOU SO MUCH DR TUCKER! For your kind, caring and efficient expertise. I look forward to seeing you this fall for NORMAL follow up and care for your other new patient my mare.

What a difference you make for Tobias! It's becoming easy to tell when he needs you to visit as he becomes resistant to connection and just overall grumpy about his work. Four days after your last visit I took him to a 3-day clinic with a trainer from Holland and he was the best he's ever been! Big, bold and connected! Thanks for all the time and care you take to keep my horse at his very best!

Just had to drop a note to let you know that since you have pulled/floated Katahna's teeth, he is a different horse. Besides the issues I knew his teeth were causing, some issues that I thought to be just bad habits/manners have stopped. Everyone that is around him has noticed a big difference. I have had this horse since he was born (10 yrs) and its nice to have the great part of him back....I can't say thank you enough.

Thanks so much for fixing TL's teeth today! It was so nice to be able to actually ride after having his teeth done and not have to worry about having a drousy horse from tranquilizers. Very impressed with your work, thanks again!

Hey, Dr. Geoff! Just read your -email letter.....(I'm not checking my mail often...) Got a real kick out of it-and loved reading it. Glad to hear your wife had a great dental experience and that you were there to help her experience it. I believe 100%++ in your work and your approach, and I'm hopeful that many more will see your point and come around to your way of practicing equine dentistry. I'm looking forward to seeing you in the spring sometime. I'm in Goshen, at Surreywood Farms, but have a little sad news to share..... this year you will only have Galaxy and Frankie (my friend Ginger's horse) to do. I had to make that very difficult decision to put Misty down 2 days after Christmas....I still get very teary eyed (..
..)and miss her dearly. Her age finally won over her zest for life, and she spent most of her days napping in the field, not wanting to return to the barn at night. But we humans took over and decided that predators and removal inconveniences were not to be part of her ''celestial discharge" from earth.....So, when it is convenient for you to be in our area, and the time is right to see Galaxy and Frankie, let me know. I will try to make an effort to check my e-mails at least 1x/week from now on so that I will not miss your reply. Looking forward to seeing you again. And "Thanking" your wife for sharing you with so many grateful customers up north and elsewhere in the USA. Best wishes for a "Happy Easter" too, if I do not 'speak' with you before then!
Most sincerely,
Isabel A. Blanco
